For this class, your puppy must be between the ages of 8 weeks-12 weeks at their first class. If your puppy is older than 12 weeks they are not eligible for this class. Please email us and we will issue a refund if your puppy is older than 12 weeks at their first puppy socialization class.

Terms & Conditions

Animal Behavior Center, LLC will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of my pet and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training and training instructions. However, I acknowledge that there are certain unavoidable and inherent risks in any canine or feline-related activity, including physical injury to me or to my pet and damage to my property. I therefore assume the risk of any injuries, damages or loss which I might sustain as a result of participating in the PHX Animal Behavior Center, LLC training program and I hereby release PHX Animal Behavior Center, LLC and its members, independent contractors, occurs, agents, servants, employees, and affiliates, and I hereby indemnify such releasees against and hold such releasees harmless from any and all claims, costs and causes of action, known or unknown, actual or contingent, which I have or may come to have as the result of or arising out of my participation (with my pet or otherwise) in the training program, and I waive the benefit of any statute which provides that unknown claims may not be waived.


Further, I acknowledge and agree that I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my pet at all times and I hereby indemnify and hold harmless PHX Animal Behavior Center, LLC and its members, independent contractors, occurs, agents, servants, employees, and affiliates of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by or related to the actions or behavior of my pet while participating in the training program or at any time related thereto. I also understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service.

Group Class: We do not provide makeup sessions or refunds for missed group classes. Refunds for a group class must be request within 48 hours after purchasing the class series. No other refunds will be issued. When signing up for a class, it is your responsibility to make sure you are able to attend all scheduled sessions.

Private Training: All training packages are allowed one session to be rescheduled due to an emergency or illness. Canceled appointments must be rescheduled within one week of cancellation. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of that training session. Subsequent rescheduling and cancellations result in forfeiture of those sessions. No show appointments or appointments canceled without 24-hour notice, count as a session in your training program. Frequent rescheduling, canceling or no-show appointments may result in termination of services. Appointments are prescheduled therefore hold a valuable place on our calendar and impact our overall scheduling for months.


If services are terminated due to more than one no show appointment or rescheduling more than two appointments, a refund will not be provided. Once a training package has begun, no refunds will be provided. Consultations and evaluations must be cancelled at least 72hrs in advance in order for a refund to be issued. All payments should be made via the payment system used by PHX Animal Behavior Center, LLC, unless otherwise discussed. To reserve your spot in a class, payment must be made at the time of class sign up. Because space is limited in our classes, sign up. Because space is limited in our classes, PHX Animal Behavior Center, LLC enrolls participants on a #rst come, #rst served basis.


All private sessions must be paid for at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Appointments missing pre-payment may be rescheduled unless alternative payment arrangements have been made. For private training programs, PHX Animal Behavior Center, LLC will make every effort to coordinate, schedule and complete all prepaid sessions in a reasonable time frame for all parties. If you fail to coordinate, schedule and complete your prepaid training sessions after 6 months of purchase your sessions will be forfeited. Since all training programs are entirely dependent on the pet owner's commitment to the implementing the training program, refunds are not available for any services already completed.


PHX Animal Behavior Center, LLC communicates with clients via phone, text, and email, as well as third party vendors like Acuity Scheduling. PHX Animal Behavior Center, LLC takes photos and videos of pets during their training plan to track progress. PHX Animal Behavior Center, LLC also use these photos and videos to promote services on social media and the website. Pet owners can opt- out of the photos/videos being used on social media by contacting PHX Animal Behavior Center, LLC at [email protected].
